Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread




Yield: 4 sandwich loaves

Ingredients

1/3 cup Orange Juice 

3 cups Lukewarm Water 

2 TB Instant Yeast 

1/3 cup Granulated Sugar 

1 and 1/2 cups Plain Yogurt 

3/4 cups Canola Oil 

3 teaspoons Salt 

3 cups White Flour 

9 + cups White Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

Mix first three ingredients in a large mixing bowl and let sit until the Yeast dissolves. Add 

everything except the White Whole Wheat Flour and mix well. Mix in White Whole Wheat Flour 

until it's too thick to stir, then knead in as much flour as it takes to get a smooth ball of 

dough. Place in a large oiled bowl and cover with a damp towel. Let rise for 2 hours. Divide 

dough into 4 equal pieces and place in greased loaf pans. Cover with a damp towel. Let rise 2 

hours. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes, until richly golden brown. Let cool on 

wire racks.
