Carolyn Reese: For my husband, Jonathan and me, happiness means slowing down, living simply, loving God, giving to others, and eating well! We see our bodies as wonderful gifts from God, so we try to take good care of them, and that means eating real, good food (and exercising, but hey, this is a food blog, so let's not get distracted here). Also, meals are a perfect opportunity to spend time with family, and we love family. So I hope you enjoy these recipes; I'm only posting the ones we've tried and love! Carolyn
